Types of Massage

The following massage types are offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Swedish Relaxation Massage.

Swedish Relaxation
Light, medium or deep pressure is used to promote circulation and lymph movement while relaxing your body.  Gentle stretches help relax muscles (No separate charge for deep pressure).

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue
Deep pressure is applied to client's areas of stress/ tension/ discomfort to help relieve tight muscles and soreness.

Pregnant Woman

Prenatal
A variety of relaxing strokes and stretches are used to help with low back pain and help promote relaxation and sleep.  Tailored to the mother to be.

-15 Min Chair Massage

-25 Min Neck and Shoulder Massage

Massage Add-Ons

Foot Scrub

Foot Scrub
An additional 10 minutes is added to the original length of the massage.  Choose between a salt and sugar scrub applied to the feet then have them cleansed with a hot steam towel.

Aromatherapy


Aromatherapy
Choose between a variety of scents ranging from relaxing to stimulating.

Hot Stones

Hot Stones
Warming stones are added to the massage to heat up tissue and help relax the body. (*Only available for 60 or 90 minute treatments.)

Paraffin Wax

Paraffin Wax
Warm paraffin wax is applied to either hands or feet leaving them feeling soft and relaxed.
