How it Works...

 

USERNAME & PASSWORD

*If you have had a membership or day pass any time after Jan 2017 and you have never used the Member Portal, you will need to call 830-203-5076 for assistance in setting up a username and password.  This only takes a couple minutes and customer service is usually available 9am-11pm daily.  If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call to assist you as soon as possible.

 

TO SIGN UP

Click through to our Member Portal and then choose "Sign Up" - you will see a list of all the Membership and Day Pass options available online.  Once a Membership is chosen, you will then fill out some basic personal information, read and sign a waiver, and then input billing information.  All Billing Information is processed and/or stored by our PCI Compliant Credit Card Merchant - BluePay. 

 

RATES

Our best rates are the recurring memberships which require a credit card on file and bill automatically every month.  (All our memberships are no-contract so you can cancel online anytime.)

          Single Recurring - $32/month +tax ($34.64)

You may also choose a non-recurring membership where you pay the full amount up front.

          Non-Recurring Single - 7 days - $20 +tax ($21.65)

          Non-Recurring Single - 15 days - $32 +tax ($34.64)

          Non-Recurring Single - 30 days - $42 +tax ($45.47)

There are more options for non-recurring but these are some of our most popular packages.

*If you are interested in signing up as a youth, signing up on a Couples plan or Family plan, please give us a call and we can assist you.

 

24-HOUR DOOR ACCESS

Once Sign Up is complete, you will receive a personal 6-Digit door access Code sent to your cell phone via text (the code can also be seen by signining into the Member Portal).  To access the facility you will then need to enter your 6-Digit Code plus #, wait 1-2 seconds for the beep, and then open the door.  *The door only stays unlocked for about 3 seconds, so once you hear the beep, pull open quickly.  That's it!  The online Sign Up process is easy and secure - it only takes a few minutes for you to have 24/7 Workout Access.

 

TO CANCEL

We are a no-contract gym.  So that means you can cancel your membership anytime online with no cancellation fees!  Please visit the Membership Cancellations page on our website (under the Contact Us tab) and submit a request at least 2 days before your next billing date.  We only accept membership cancellations online via our website form so there is a record of the cancellation.
